Interior Designer Jeffrey P. Elliott has been in the biz for over two decades and has worked with Aztec since 1997. Scroll along as we explore his well-curated collection of past projects and how to get the looks for each aesthetic that nods to the history of the decorative arts.

California Cool

“Our clients were passionate about restoring a Denver mid-century residence to its authentic “California Cool” glamour. Originally, the ranch-style floor plan was carpeted and we decided to reinstall wall-to-wall carpet instead of replacing it with the expected wood flooring. This was a scandalous decision that raised many eyebrows. In the back of my mind, I knew of the various commercial woven carpet lines that Aztec offers.”

Art Deco Dream

“For this contemporary residence located in Evergreen, I wanted to reimagine the stream-lined Art Deco style using the crisp, muted and clean-lined aesthetic of Scandinavia.”

Cherry Creek Contemporary

“To complement the quiet palette of this Cherry Creek townhome, we selected Barzini, a subtlety-toned geometric patterned wool product from Bloomsburg. In the spirit of the great master decorater David Hicks, nothing adds more personality to a room than a defined geometric pattern.”
